Administrative Assistant 

Location: Pedricktown, NJ
Pay Rate: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring projects run smoothly from order entry through production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
  • Schedule and arrange vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and other service needs.
  • Prepare, process, and maintain leasing agreements and related documentation.
  • Manage customer files and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.
  • Follow up with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding service requests and lease documentation.
  • Enter and update information in company databases and systems.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• • Previous administrative, customer service, office support, or leasing experience preferred.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions independently.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and data entry systems.
