Supporting the BSA/AML compliance programs, the remote BSA AML Analyst II will conduct compliance oversight reviews, serve as a subject matter resource, and partner with business lines to implement AML initiatives while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Conduct compliance oversight reviews of business lines and third parties to evaluate adherence to laws and company policies Provide advisory support to the first line of defense by offering technical guidance and assisting with issue resolution Contribute to the development and maintenance of line-of-business guidance related to AML compliance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience 2-4 years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, or financial crime, with knowledge of BSA/AML/CFT and OFAC requirements Familiarity with banking products and services, including payments and fintech partnerships Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
