Electrical Superintendent – Data Centers

Want to work on some of the largest and most technically complex Data Center projects being built in the US?

We’re working with a leading electrical contractor that is continuing to expand its Mission Critical division and is looking for experienced Electrical Superintendents to join its team in Las Vegas.

\n

\n

This is an opportunity to take a key field leadership position on major hyperscale Data Center projects, with an extremely attractive overall compensation package available for the right person.

\n

The Role

\n

As Electrical Superintendent, you'll take responsibility for field execution across major electrical scopes on large-scale Data Center projects.

\n

You'll be responsible for:

\n

\n
• Leading day-to-day electrical field operations
\n
• Managing General Foremen, Foremen and large electrical crews
\n
• Manpower planning and productivity
\n
• Coordinating electrical installation and sequencing
\n
• Driving schedules and critical project milestones
\n
• Managing MV/LV electrical installations
\n
• Coordinating switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, busway and power distribution
\n
• Working closely with Project Managers, QA/QC and commissioning teams
\n
• Managing safety, quality and workmanship in the field
\n
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and installation requirements
\n
• Coordinating energization, testing and commissioning activities
\n
• Driving punch lists and final turnover
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

We're interested in speaking with Electrical Superintendents, Senior Superintendents and strong General Foremen ready to make the next step .

\n

Ideally, you'll have:

\n

\n
• Strong electrical construction experience
\n
• Experience leading significant electrical scopes and field teams
\n
• Data Center / Mission Critical experience
\n
• Strong manpower planning and field leadership skills
\n
• Experience managing schedule, safety, productivity and quality
\n
• Strong knowledge of electrical drawings and systems
\n
• Experience with major commercial, industrial or mission-critical projects
\n
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical safety requirements
\n

\n

\n

Previous hyperscale Data Center experience would be particularly attractive.

\n

\n

Candidates already based in Nevada are encouraged to apply, although relocation and per diem packages are available for the right candidates.
