The Reimbursement & Access Manager/Director is the single point of contact for ASC and hospital outpatient (HOPD) customers on coding, billing, and payment for Flex Vascular procedures. The role educates sites on the Flex Vascular Coding & Billing Guide, helps them diagnose and correct denied claims, guides them through Medicare Advantage and commercial payer requirements, identifies and guides on payer challenges, and brings accounts through the Patient Access Program when needed. It works alongside Sales but independently of it to remain objective and non-promotional. Location: Field-based, remote; travel (up to 80% travel). Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in healthcare revenue cycle. • 5 years in reimbursement, with at least 2-3 in a medical device company in a client-facing reimbursement or field support role. • Working knowledge of HCPCS (including C-codes), CPT, ICD-10, OPPS and ASC payment systems, modifiers, and claim forms (UB-04, CMS-1500). • Hands-on denial and appeal experience: reading EOBs/835s, finding root cause, and building a corrected claim or appeal. • Experience with Medicare Advantage and commercial payer policy, prior authorization, and medical-necessity documentation. • Working knowledge of AdvaMed Code, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and HIPAA as they apply to reimbursement support. • Travel up to 80%.aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
