Our client, a manufacturer of dairy and nutritional products, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team in Sparta, WI. As a Receptionist, you will be part of the front desk team supporting daily operations and helping ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for both internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and a cheerful, professional approach that helps appointments and inquiries move forward efficiently.

Job Title: Receptionist 

Location: Sparta, WI

Pay Range:

Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm

What's the Job?

• Answer a multi-line telephone system and greet internal and external customers in a cheerful, professional manner
• Work at the front desk by answering phone calls, greeting customers, and supporting visitors, vendors, and new hires
• Help book appointments and support scheduling needs during the day
• Update telephone listings and maintain business card inventory at the front desk
• Sort and distribute postal mail, deliver interoffice mail to plants, and assist with meeting room scheduling

What's Needed?

• 1 year of office admin experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a variety of people
• Computer literate with the ability to manage front desk and scheduling tasks
• Comfortable supporting administrative projects as assigned and managing tasks with attention to detail
• Ability to follow CFI policies, safety rules, and ISO9001 procedures
