We are seeking a reliable and organized Remote Records Assistant to help maintain and manage digital records from a home-based workspace. In this role, you will organize files, update records, and ensure information is accurate and easy to retrieve. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable working independently. Responsibilities - Organize and maintain electronic records and files. - Enter, update, and verify information in company databases. - Scan, upload, and file digital documents. - Review records for accuracy and completeness. - Retrieve and share documents as requested by team members. - Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. - Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent.
