Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Hanover to Keene, NH. The Salesperson will manage and grow an assigned territory by building relationships with retail and on-premise accounts, presenting product portfolios, and securing new business. Daily responsibilities include visiting accounts, selling the entire portfolio, building displays, conducting product tastings and presentations, monitoring inventory and orders, and ensuring timely follow-up on customer needs. The role also involves tracking sales performance, preparing basic reports, collaborating with internal teams on promotions and pricing, and staying informed about industry trends. The Salesperson is expected to represent Ruby Wines professionally and uphold company standards in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales, account management, and customer relationship skills, preferably in beverages or consumer goods.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a focus on clear, professional interactions.

• Solid organizational and time-management skills, including territory planning and tracking sales activities.

• Comfort working in the field, visiting multiple accounts daily, and adapting to varying customer environments.

• Basic proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking software).

• Interest in or knowledge of wines and spirits; willingness to learn product portfolios and industry trends.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular travel within the assigned territory.
\n
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
