Position Overview

As a Transportation Sales & Marketing Representative , you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, promoting transportation services, and supporting local marketing initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to increased ridership, expanded service utilization, and continued market growth.

Key Responsibilities of a Transportation Sales & Marketing:Business Development & Sales

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
• Develop relationships with businesses, healthcare providers, hotels, event venues, educational institutions, and community organizations.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, outreach efforts, and cold prospecting.
• Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective clients.
• Develop customized transportation solutions based on customer needs.
• Negotiate service opportunities and support account growth initiatives.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective customers and business opportunities.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Support local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

• Contribute ideas that support long-term growth objectives.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, meetings, and business opportunities.
• Update CRM systems and lead tracking platforms regularly.
• Track outreach efforts, lead conversion rates, and partnership growth.
• Prepare reports and updates for leadership.
• Analyze results and recommend improvements to sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications of a Transportation Sales & Marketing:Preferred Experience
